About the Role

As a Bakery Assistant, you’ll play an important part in helping our baked goods come to life. This is a production-focused position where consistency, cleanliness, and teamwork matter. This is a permanent position. The ideal candidate is looking for long-term employment.

You will be responsible for:

• Preparing and assisting with dough production

• Portioning, shaping, and prepping baked goods

• Supporting general kitchen production tasks

• Keeping work areas clean, organized, and sanitized

• Assisting with packaging and order preparation

• Following food safety and kitchen procedures

• Occasional front-of-house duties, including customer service and interaction with guests

This is a physical role that requires focus, efficiency, and attention to detail throughout the day.

• Reliable and punctual

• Comfortable standing for extended periods

• Able to lift up to 50+ pounds

• Hardworking and willing to learn

• Able to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment

• A strong team player with a positive attitude

Prior kitchen, bakery, or food service experience is helpful but not required - we’re happy to train the right person.

Schedule & Availability

• Part-time position (18-24 hours/week)

• Flexible hours once training is complete

• Must be available approximately 10–15 hours per month for two Saturday shifts

• Additional weekday hours may be available depending on production needs
